Raised by monkeys, Sushi spent most of her childhood swinging happy and naked through the trees. When this plan failed, the surviving monkeys foisted her onto a roving pack of engineers. With them, she spent most of her childhood swinging happy and somewhat less naked through the plants that control most of the Midwestern power grid. (Now you know who to blame for the two-week outage back in 1982 that left you with a freezer full of lethal salmon mousse.)
She spends her days trying to amuse herself, and her nights attempting to sleep (and, inevitably, trying to amuse herself). Someday, she hopes to make a living. Until then, she happily relives her time swinging naked through the trees.
Teefs, the owl in the icon, currently lives in a dark, deep forest where he is worshipped as the Owl God. How he attained this position, we're afraid to ask. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, backgammon, the works of H. P. Lovecraft, and reigning terror upon the weak and foolish. He owns a summer home in R'Lyeh.
